Just watching that scene brought it back so vividly. As Kimberly has said it talking about that story, it was truly groundbreaking. When she said that when they cut the scene, you could hear everyone choking from crying. I remember watching it that day. Glued to the TV, as I was during that storyline. I was truly sobbing uncontrollably. It was so emotionally draining, and I was just watching it. I can’t imagine what it was like for all those involved, to actually film the scene. Kimberly and Michael did an amazing job telling this story, getting everyone to this point, where Stone passes. So much love goes out to everyone attached to that storyline. Playing it with so much love and respect, for this very important groundbreaking story. I don’t think they could have done anything better. Truly a beautiful storyline. Kimberly was always a favorite of mine since she stepped into her first scene. The chemistry between Kimberly and Michael was amazing, and definitely helped to pull us deeper into their beautiful story. Kudos to @Maurice Bernard for his part in the Robin/Stone story. He was also amazing, as always.💕🥰

I'm typing this with tears still. Kimberly Michael, the whole cast gave such love to the story. I'll miss Brooks forever and want to thank all involved with the story for giving light to those affected by AIDS.

Oh I’m so glad you were able to get them together. I was hoping they’d be able to do an interview. Thank you Michael and Kimberly. One of the most informative, educational, impactful heartbreaking and heartwarming storylines that GH has ever done. What Michael Sutton said about using a heterosexual couple to start this dialogue and education, I think made it even more impactful bringing awareness to HIV and AIDS which was so greatly needed. I was volunteering at APLA At this time, and my clients were blown away by the storyline. They were just so grateful, someone was talking about it, in such a vehicle as daytime television...

The scene where Stone dies still makes me cry to this day. I was so pissed off at General Hospital for killing him off at the time. Yet the beautiful way they did it is still with me today. I was like 25 back then and I’m 54 now. Michael’s smile is so healing to me and that’s where the anger came from I didn’t want him to leave. I love you both! @@VanCityGal Sure! I have a Toshiba DVR620 DVD to VHS recorder. That model is discontinued, but you can still find it on eBay. I bought it almost 10 years ago, but it still works like it's brand new. Lisa hardy, Your right; watching Josslyn and Oscar was like watching Robin and Stone all over again. Both guys died of a disease that was slowly killing them and the girls they love was there watching them die. And both girls struggled to move forward but eventually found their way. I think it would have been nice if they had brought Robin back to help Joss and let her know that she knows what she's going through and she would be ok. They could have had this bonding moment between them as two young girls who fell in love with two guys who left them (died). Those storylines was intense, loving, deep, and absolutely beautiful because it was about real love.

I stopped watching GH when Luke and Laura went off in 1984-ish. But I started watching 'Power couples' and story lines on KZfaq a few years ago. And after watching Sonny and Brenda s/l and then watching Jason and Robin, and Jason and Sam... I finally watched Robin and Stone...It was the most heart wrenching S/L of all the years that I have watched. It is devastatingly beautiful.
