Nicholas Alexander Chavez is a star (a soap heaven) and now an Emmy winner (major A-list Hollywood player soon) - well done. He truly understands his role as Spencer Cassadine and I can't believe this is his first acting job. Wow, I love his support for OGSprina always and now New Sprina. I discovered OGSprina last year. They reminded me of qualities of Pride and Prejudice 1995 or classic movies from the 30s and 40s, that did just enough to show you insane romantic chemistry (sexy (showdown of the eyes, epic first near kiss), emotional (intense makeup-breakup) and intellectual connections (art conversations etc.) between them without being boring. You can replay/watch their love story over and over, plus they checked in as an instant super-couple (unbreakable) without being a couple yet. I hope that Soap Journalists like yourself and others write about OGSprina in more articles, although they are done for now, soap history should be noted with some respect as well as the New Sprina. Sprina fans also should appreciate what Sydney Mikayla (she made Trina Robinson heroine legacy character, and I think they both deserve awards and should be respected in any celebration of Sprina always) and Nicholas Chavez achieved was pure soap magic. Now, New Sprina is owning it also. Again, well done Nicholas this is just the start.

Sprina is something special. I hope they give it the time and story it deserves. Can't help but think about the Todd and evangeline story line on oltl and how special that was because there is some similarities here.

I hope he stays as grounded, sensitive and introspective as I see him here. I could maybe chatter with him about movies until we fall asleep.

I've been reading about Sprina on social media for a few months now & heard about the actors so I decided to check this out too. The #1 thing I took away from this interview is how smart Nicholas is with his acting choices & how hard he works at his craft. He thinks carefully & logically before doing a scene. You can't say that about all actors.

This is an interesting interview, I would have liked to hear more of his thoughts on social media and technology I think you may have mistakenly cut him off. It would have been nice to hear the rest of his opinion on that. But overall an interesting interview. I'm unsurprised by his communication skills and depth of character study as a Virgo

To be so young and to bring it chemistry wise in a scene an actor giving all for the moment , is an actor who cares , who respects the audience, he's amazing as are SM(previous Trina) and the young actresses playing new Trina (TA) and Esme (AC) the real young are doing a great job and could give pointers to some of the older onscreen couples ,like boring Michael an Willow, sorry

A great choice for the Teenage Spencer Cassandine. He is a great actor. Just dump Esma. She looks too phony or nor real.

I like NC & MC, but I hate the direction they've taken Nikolas. Tyler & Bechtel had an adorable father/son bond & then the writers ruined it toward the end. I know it had to do with TC's departure due to health issues, but Nikolas just abandoning his son & then treating him coldly is so out of character.

Just don't act to cocky. Be respectfull to Josslyn, Trina, and Cam. And, go out with another girl, not that one you met in boarding school. You deserve someone better, not just for Sex, someone who has a good head on her shoulders. That girl doesn't know what she wants.

They need to age up and return Emma Drake -- revive the competition between Cameron and Spencer over her. An important plot that is obviously missing here.

No offense to Nicholas Alexander Chavez, but I like the original actor who played Spencer much better. But the fast aging required a recast I guess. ~ P.S. I wish they would bring back the original Nicholas Cassidine actor Tyler Christpher.
