500g kimchi, 350g eomuk, 1 (45g) green onion, 1 green chili pepper, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 150ml kimchi liquid, 400ml water.
✨ Kimchi eomuk steamed.
1. Slice eomuk, green onion, and green chili pepper.
2. Add kimchi, green onion, green chili pepper, eomuk, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 150ml kimchi liquid, 400ml water to the pan.
3. Close the lid and boil over high heat. + When it boils, cook for 15 more minutes on low heat.
