I made this meal last night! It was really good. My boyfriend loves it and as usual I made too much. I had to eye ball the amount bc I don't have a scale. I would suggest using 4 decent size potatoes. I used 5 last night and the ratio was off for the meal. It turned out more of a potato dish rather than a meat dish, which is something my bf and I think would enjoy. Sauce was great by the way. I actually did 1tbsp of sugar.

I tasted korokke during my high school days in one of the japanese food resto near our school! Since then me and my friends got addicted to it that we sometimes go straight there after our school. We eat at least 9 and more pieces of korokke because it was so good!! As well as the sauce! Thank you for sharing the recipe!!! Its so easy and the ingredients is just few!!
