I hadn't visited King Arthur's Labyrinth since I was a child! So what better way to spend our Easter holidays than a trip down to Corris to take the kids around. An entertaining journey underground to hear all about the legends of King Arthur. Fascinating stories, an underground boat ride through old slate caverns - what more could you want?
Kiddos enjoyed the underground boat trip and loved hearing the legends. They've started to hear about the Mabinogi in school so the story of Bran the Blessed (or Benigeidfran as he's known in the Mabinogion) was a big hit!
(Although not shown in the video, Corris Crafts Centre is adjacent where there are also lots of other little units at the site such as candle making shop, chocolate making shop, pottery painting as well as a cafe. In addition there's a maze, a little playpark and if you fancy exploring the old slate mine you can also book a trip with Corris Mine Explorers also situated on site. You could spend all day at the site so we need another trip back down there to explore fully - take a look at their website for all the info)
