I saw a breakdown of the 300 page document by a lawyer who said it was done very fairly but there is biased reporting because it was quite scathing to harrys legal team at times, if i recall correctly its s.651 that ends with the comment along the lines of harry did noot understand the parameters of the hearing for which he believed his legsl team were culpable.

Hello Lady C, I'm curious about your thoughts on the new generation of future monarchs. Princess Leonor of Spain, in particular, impresses me with her consistent responsibility and discipline as she prepares for her future role. Even at such a young age, she has displayed remarkable dedication. This has led me to reflect on the apparent contrast with Harry and Meghan, who, being double Princess Leonor's age, seem to lack a similar sense of responsibility, discipline, and class.

Ironic, isn’t it, that Sarah York has trumped Meghan not only as a podcaster, Tea talks with the Duchess and Sarah, but also as an author! She has also managed to rehabilitate herself with the public to a large extent and reconcile with the late Queen. The photo she released with the two corgis was lovely… one cannot say the same about the image put out by the grifters this year. It was really nice to see the dogs looking so well and contented. When you contrast Sarah and her past shenanigans with Meghan’s behaviour, to my mind they pale into insignificance… Meghan is, to my mind, a viper, Goneril and Regan rolled into one.

The discussion of David Sherbourne's fees was extremely enlightening. I am trying to do a rough calculation but have questions about specifics, and I (and probably many others who are also trying to do the calculations) would welcome any additional information about them. For the £10,000 minimum to £20,000 daily refresher fee for the duration of the trial, what date did the actual trial start (how many trial days would this fee have been incurred)? All of the premiminary hearings, etc. would be before the trial start date, so how much would Sherbourne be paid for those hearings? Would they be included in the £750/hr. "brief fee" or would court appearances for hearings be charged at a higher rate than the brief fee but less than the daily trial fee? Is there any chance that we will ever learn how much the complainants (particularly Harry) will have to pay the Mirror Group for their expenses for the complaints that they lost?

I’ve been in the US courts for 43 years. I’m very glad that I don’t have to deal with the British courts. NO judge (US Courts) would allow someone to testify about their FEELINGS. Our courts deal with EVIDENCE first. You can’t even get a court to hear a case unless there is evidence to prove your case FIRST. Harry wouldn’t even have gotten a foot in the door of our system. We also HAVE NO SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ROYALTY. What a waste of court time. All for a spoiled lazy brat that uses the British courts to go after the media in Britain. 🤬👎
