That was a HUGE slab of prime rib that looked really mouthwatering good. Only thing better would have been a piece that was medium rare and with a nice baked potato. Thanks for trying it again.

The beef chow fun you had the other day for around $21 doesn’t compare to this meal, especially the amount of food they served you and for around $6 more. What a bargain

Be mentally prepared when you go there these days. The price of king cut prime rib has gone up to $34.99, yes, $34.99. and the meat proportion does not seem to be like before (I feel it's much smaller). No longer a good deal, in my opinion.

When the other casinos keep charging more for food "concepts," Ellis Island has started to become like home, the food is comforting and mostly delicious, and the surroundings and comfortable. I even love the beers from their brewpub. Your best answer to the "sit up and bring the food to you" guy is to take him out to ramen - there is literally no way to eat ramen sitting straight up and not be wearing it, but it would be fun to see him try!

That’s a pretty good size prime rib you have there. Not too bad for $27. Those fancy steak house would cost you over $60 for that size of meat.

Instead of adding salt to the meat, add it to the au jus (if it’s not salty enough) and then dip the meat in the jus.

That is hands down the best bargain Prime Rib in Vegas..26.99 for what appears to be over 20oz of Nice tasty beef with a huge rib cap mmm mmm

Never had a single desire to check out Ellis Island… But this prime rib looks pretty good honestly. Fair price as well.

😊my favorite . Ellis Island prime rib. The best for $26.99. I get mixed vegetables instead of the garlic green beans. Usually get the mashed potatoes and gravy. 9 out of 10.
