Forest Curry today! such a tasty dish! the sweet potatos and wild rice exotically complements the dish and the coconut milk gives it such a creamy taste and texture , it looks so colorful and appetising ! a real tropical jungle feast )) there are least 200 different ways to cook Curry , if you eat a different kind of Curry every day you would cover a span of a whole year ! emagine 366 days of Curry , it is such a versatile dish that could be made of all and any kind of meat and vegatables , i've even seen goat testicles Curry!!

Hot, sweet, acidic, salty, aromatic, light crunch, savory, and creamy. I love coconut anything. I like this Thai curry I get.. It has bamboo shoots, Thai eggplant, red/green bell pepper, onion, garlic, Thai basil, coconut milk, fish sauce, red curry paste, salt, pepper, kaffer lime, thin sliced flank steak, and finished w scallion

It would seem impossible that anyone could prepare food time after time as magnificent as this, but y'all do it every time. It is so interesting to see a close up of the magic that occurs at the junction of the sauce and the pan, the browning that is so much of the flavor.
