The KING of jazz musicians. Excellent juxtapositions between the two cities. You could have added about a dozen more, at least, if there were time and room. And that's counting just the last 50 years or so.

This version captures the sadness of the song far better than most recordings, in my opinion. Beautiful! Just beautiful.

Blues like this is awesome - the lyrics are moving as well but the insturemtal arrangement is fabulous!

@MrJimmienoone King Oliver continuó interpretando la corneta en muchas de sus grabaciones, incluso en algunas del año 1931, y si bién es cierto que Bubber Miley y Henry Red Allen aparecen en esta sesión dirigida por Carroll Dickerson, creo que es King Oliver el que toca el solo de corneta desde el minuto 1:59 hasta el 2:30.
