King Prawn Bhuna Bengali Style
Ingredients:
10 King Prawns - raw, shelled with tail on, deveined ( defrosted if frozen) size 6-8
2 medium sized onions - sliced thin
2 green chillies sliced
3 -4 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 ripe tomatoes - each cut into 8
4 - 5 tablespoon water
Ground spices: 1 teaspoon Turmeric. 1 Teaspoon Coriander. ½ teaspoon Cumin. 1/3 teaspoon Garam Masala. ¼ teaspoon of Black Pepper
Big handful of chopped fresh coriander
Teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
