Sinead and James will tell you what to expect on the 6th of May 2023 for the King's Coronation, and show you the immense preparation that goes into the procession and parade. Hello Sinead we have been watching your absolutely brilliant vlog of the King's Coronation full dress rehearsal at midnight with James. Thank you for doing this for us all and it is so very interesting! Nick and I felt so lucky to have joined you! We can see why James says he is so proud! I was born and bred in London and now live in a beautiful rural town called Crediton in Devon and we felt so proud to see this and to be British! As you said we feel privileged to have seen this outstanding military procession rehearsing at night too! The Gold coach is absolutely stunning isn't it! A memory of the Queen's Coronation in 1953, when I was almost 5, was My Father lifting me on to his shoulders to be able to see the Queen in the Gold Coach, through the Hyde Park railings and how it went under Marble Arch as we used to live 5 minutes walk away in a mews! Thank you both so much again and hope you enjoy and stay safe in your tent and watching all the exciting processions and hopefully King Charles III and Queen Camilla etc on Saturday. I THANK YOU ALL so much for providing this opportunity to view this fabulous dress rehearsal. James’ narration, sharing his knowledge was invaluable! I am a rather older American Anglophile (maiden name Browning) who stumbled on this post and has since subscribed. It is impossible for me to express what this meant to me, I was thrilled that everyone involved in this post took the time to record it for posterity and for those of us who cannot be in Britain over the period of this celebration. It was so beautifully quiet, no crowd noise, so you could actually hear the horses hooves. You could hear the commands and music CLEARLY-WONDERFUL!!

Fantastic! I was so excited to see this video available. It’s going to make watching the coronation so much more meaningful now that you both have given us so much information. It was incredible to see London, so vacant and quiet, except for the noise made by the horses and the marching in the bands. Thank you so much for bringing us this event. Such a grand gesture of loyalty to their King and Country! Thanks for having such a great idea to film the Dress Rehearsal ! What a treat for us. James was so wonderful, a very proper & pleasing British Gentleman . He presented such heartfelt respect.
