We just ordered the old and new testament set a week ago. I can't wait to use them with my 2 and 4 year old. We are currently using the God's Big Promises Bible Storybook from The Good Book Company and really enjoying that. They are coming out with a Bible Story Prayers book that has a prayer that goes along with each story from the storybook Bible. I'm excited to see how they work together.

We just have the set but we’ve hardly used them yet!!! They look awesome!!! We have a beginner’s Bible as well so we’ve not yet got to these Bible books!!! I grabbed the eBooks!!! My kids like that their bible is also on video!!! I didn’t know they have direct Bible passages!!! I don’t mind buying a bible that my kids grow with!!! If I remember the New Testament included the early church!!! The parable book looks awesome!!! I love that it has an application!!! I try to get my kids to apply the Bible to their life’s!!! I don’t care if there are pictures of Jesus but I explain that we don’t fully know how he looked!!! We don’t mi d examples so they religious leaders of the day is an example!!! We love superbook but watch it and I think it’s more 8 - 12!!! I’m not sure tho!!!

These look great! The covers had me thinking the art was going to be a little more "old-fashioned," so to speak. I'm only mildly disappointed that the art doesn't match my expectations, as these illustrations remind me of those purple VHS Bible tapes I had growing up. (Did anyone else here have those? I still have them and our children love them 😊 ) Or maybe the Prince of Egypt movie. Totally adding these to our list! Thanks for sharing!

I agree, the art is a bit reminiscent of the Prince of Egypt movie. I think I would like a slightly less cartoony depiction of people, but they do a good job creating moods in the artwork that I like a lot.
