It has less hair at the start of the movie, and is noticeable, but it isn’t a bald spot. It isn’t until right at the 27:33 mark that Noah is tased in that spot on his shoulder, burning the hair off. But it also doesn’t matter. The directors, Ball specifically, have confirmed that Noah is nothing more than a Spiritual Successor, rather than a direct blood descendant.

He never fought to conquer territory like yahweh has directed the Isrealites to do on many occasions. The did not require sacrifices. And none of Ceasars laws were vain in any sense of the word. Yahweh had 10 commandments most were vain. No idols, no other gods... that sort of thing. Ceasar had 3 simple laws. Apes not kill apes, apes together strong, knowledge is power. That's it.
