What do the Kings do next?

It's clear that this team is getting long, so maybe BI? 6'8 forward with 7'3 wingspan and a decent jump shot? The team has the assets and flexibility to make that move. I know he's injury prone, but he wouldn't be the sole 2nd option but more of a 2b option, maybe. I expect Monty to make a major move within 36 hours though

@@garrettwinuk8421 that's exactly why I would include Huerter and keep HB but more him to the bench. His shooting and defense would be invaluable to the 2nd unit

Good progress to balance roster. Another wing and still offload another guard Duarte? Huerter? Upgrading Len would help too. Steve Adams would be a cheap option. Would Portland move off Ayton and will that work with MB and the rest of roster?

This is not a bad trade. It’s just really a trade. Clears space and also Davion has to get paid after next year. Sasha is old and didn’t work out. They gave up nothing and got nothing. McDaniels has length and he was a key player for Philly the season before

Jalen McDaniel a career 30 percent shooter he can’t help. Jalen couldn’t get minutes on a team that was injured and tanking he was so horrible they signed guys from the g league and they came in and started over him.

If Carters game translates to what he’s doing in college to the nba and knowing what a Mike brown type player is. If it’s Fox, monk, Carter and Keon as the guards for this next season. It makes me wonder what that ending line up looks like if we do get a higher tier 3/4. Seems less likely they would go to the bench. What I’m trynna get at is, is Carter the #2 guard closing those close games or monk? Seems more of a good “problem” than bad with having options . But I just can’t see it sitting right with monk if it is Carter ending those games especially with how he gets to those 50/50 balls in college. I know I’m thinking really far ahead but we seen it with heurters frustration in mins with monk closing games. I just hope with whatever those lineups look like it leads to winning cause that’s usually what keeps players happy lol

What I am excited to see with these guards if they are the 4 guards for the season. Is them making each other better with practice and scrimmages. Seems like they all can feed off of each other with their strengths

I’d say we got to think injuries man look at us in the play In this year because of it and losing being in that spot because of it having that many guards will end up being nice think kevin needs to move to the 3 for us and play small at the 3 sometimes

Kevin is 6 7 200 so dude should easily be able to play the 3 against certain teams and lineups and can run those 3 and Lyles off the bench sign a new backup big and then have Fox Ellis maybe Barnes Keegan and sabonis for now with Carter monk whoever the better ball handler kevin Lyle’s and new big for now not terrible in my head and have McDaniels 11th man so one of those guards don’t fall out

@@Drewskiifadez I agree and honestly hope so want this team to add that 3rd star so bad we honestly need it cuz we don’t need a 11 man rotation of that many solid players when we have the pieces and team to add another guy and still keep are bench teams in a nice spot just need to get someone to add markets not even looking crazy expensive rn

Ya they got Kings more cap space and opened up a roster spot. That move was a step for the next big move. It’s kina surprising how many Kings fans I’ve had to explain this too lol
