It’s just the fact that chiefs will never be a dynasty the Patriots of the 2000s and the Cowboys of the 90s and the Niners of the 80s and the Steelers or the 70s. Those were true dynasties.

What we DO know is since Mahomes became the starter 5 years ago their floor has been losing the AFC Championship game in overtime, which they have hosted 5 years in a row. Something that NONE of those other teams ever managed to do. They have been to 3 superbowls in those 5 years and won 2 of them. While it's not a sure thing that they will continue to be as successful as they have been for the past 5 years, what exactly, says they won't win any more championships with Mahomes as their QB? He's still only 27 years old and has had the best start to his career of any player EVER. He's just now entering his prime. Remember how the Chiefs were supposed to fall off a cliff without Tyreek Hill last year? Remember how it was a "rebuilding" year last year, yet they won the Superbowl anyway? While I agree they're not a dynasty yet because they need to win at least one more in the next few years to become one, their odds of doing so are every bit as good at the 70's Steelers, 80's 49'ers, 90's Cowboys, and 2000's Patriots were back when they were the ones winning. By ALL means keep talking to remove ALL doubt that you're butthurt and clueless.

For now... . The pathway for a dynasty is ripe with Coach Andy Reid, PM15, TK87 and CJ95 as the Chiefs leadership core. I do like the Chiefs chances of creating a Lombardi-like dynasty (that is, if the core stays healthy, motivated and hungry).
