Fun fact: A "Lafite" (aka Chateau Lafite Rothschild), is a Bordeaux-style red noted as pairing well with heavier/richer beef dishes while a Chateau d'Yquem is a Sauternes-style white that pairs well with lighter dishes, such as cakes or creme brule. That means pairing them with cheeseburgers and twinkies, respectively, is actually "correct" according to conventional pairing wisdom... aside from pairing a $3000 bottle of wine with a $5 accompaniment, of course.
