RIP Eric Carr, great drummer 🥁 for KISS!!! Truly missed. He definitely helped KISS turn that corner in a time when music was changing like the weather. KISS’s mid catalogue is still very kickass classic rock. The 1980s KISS sound is pure awesomeness with the hard rock sounds and awesome riffs, fantastic vocals and guitar 🎸 solos.

@@robgray4188they said that because they don't wanna give Vinnie credit. They cannot allow Vinnie to be bigger than Kiss. They had to stop Vinnie no matter how much it costs, starting with making up false stories about him. No way could he be allowed to succeed.

I agree they do not give vinnie enough credit for his conttibutions but if you listen to pretty much everyone else he has worked the all said he was very talented but incredibly difficult to work with on every leval.@@drmidnight680-kz2le

The interviewer asked “ Where do you see yourselves in 25 years “ which at that point, brings the band to 2007. Kiss became a tribute band to themselves ! Nothing to write home about ! Best Kiss years 1975-2000.

had this on a vhs back in late 80s. its funny as a 14 year old watching this in 1989 i thought this interview was so old it was only 7 years old now its over 40 years crazy

Gonna leave a positive comment here to contrast all the ugly phobic stuff: This is a great time capsule and I wish this era had lasted a bit longer. Creatures and Lick it Up were great. Also anytime we get a taste of Eric’s humble wit is a good thing. He’ll never not be missed.

Was that remark Eric made "... Brooklyn...which you may know, is a tough neighborhood." A joke meant towards Peter Criss' claims to have been a tough guy in his life before KISS? The way he and Gene laughed afterward seemed to indicate an inside joke. And that's how I took it. 🤔🤷🏻

Ace was my idol but became a complete piece of shit or always was idk, hiding his drugs in roadies clothes and gear, destroying his girls life and credit when he went to do the reunion, didnt want sex unless it was a strap on in his ass only. Dude is completely broken

They're a great band when you're growing up & need strength, courage & identity. When you're older & know the truth about them, they leave you disillusioned, disappointed and heartbroken. Eric Carr excluded because He experienced it first hand. Vinnie was smart because He never signed His Life over. Screwing over fans is a different story.

They were my favorite band from 1975 up to 1983 or 1984 lick it up, after that it was all downhill, revenge gave me a little hope but failed other than a few tracks, after the reunion tour they have done nothing more than humiliate themselves and all their fans. They definitely ran off the road and the bus blew up. Tbh everything they ever did was gouge the fans and take take take while saying its for the fans. No one believes that anymore especially with Eric and Tommy in Peter and Ace`s makeup. Total slap in the face of all original hardcore fans. Eric and Tommy are fine musicians but being in That makeup is wrong, again gouge the fans based on the image of the glory days with imposters

Funny interview , Talking about Peter......Paul says that the band is more than just 1 person leaving BUT If Stanley or Gene had left I wonder what would happen. Sounding like a bit of a hypocrite .
