Hey you guys, this is once again kiss from the 2004 era with one of their least played but hardest and fastest songs called parasite. if you're wondering about the windows on the left when you start the video, they were included in the dvd at the time when recordings of this concert were being sold. you can see all the members playing at the same time, but the video's low quality so maybe not, sorry about that. hope you enjoy

Yeah, this was one of Ace Frehley's great ones. He wrote it but was too shy to want to sing it back then so he gave it to Gene. Fortunately, I was able to see him with his own band years later and he sang it. It was great to see done live.

I saw KISS with Aerosmith back in 2003. After the show was over, I couldn't even remember seeing Aerosmith. The KISS show was that good

Eric Singer by far the best and most versatile drummer Kiss has Had, Eric Carr's a very close second

All 3 drummers are great in their own right. This song was originally recorded by Peter and it has a very intricate drum line to it. Eric Carr was a huge style change when he joined, but still an excellent drummer. Singer plays it all very well and adds in a little extra, but makes it look so easy. All very talented for sure.

Please check out "I stole your love" live from Houston,TX 1977 and also "Calling Dr. Love" from that same performance. This is KISS at their peak back in the day when they were young and prime,plus it's the ORIGINAL band members!

Now this is some cool stuff. This is from the album Hotter than hell from 1974, wich i heard as a 4 year old back in 1978. And YEA! that brought me into hardrock and metal. As well did it made me play drums.

As you will read this is Ace’s song of their second album Hotter Than Hell. Heavy early KISS. Before the BIG explosion around the world. Heavy, dark, demonic Gene. One of my favourites. This of course is not the original lineup that recorded the album and song. Great, awesome performance here. Eric Singer murders the drums. Tommy is incredible. Gene’s vocals are sick as. With this dvd release you could select a band member to watch for the whole song, hence the screens on the left. Pick one screen and you see that band member only. Watching Eric on drums the whole song is mind blowing. A few songs on the dvd had this feature. Go and listen to Parasite from Alive. Like the whole album that catapulted the band to stardom, the alive track is blistering. Glad you loved the vid like we all do!!! GET A TICKET TO A SHOW OR YOU WILL FOREVER KICK YOURSELVES. Just saw them again for The Final Curtain in Sydney Australia last Saturday night. Awesome.

I'm sure many of you won't care but this is my favorite early KISS tune written by the Spaceman Mr Ace Frehley. The riff is just insane and it's a shame he (Ace) didn't have the courage to sing it. One of the best examples of how tight and heavy KISS could've been if they wanted to let it all hang out there. Killer tune!

Might be worth for you to catch them at the end of this last tour. Gotta say though, it's not the same with Kiss now. Kiss were always really groovy. Pauls voice declined more and more since 2008, til it sounded really, really bad from like 2013/2014 and onwards. And at some occasions right before this last tour that started jan 2019 (it had a covid break about 1,5 - 2 years), they tried out Paul vocals on tape, which they then implemented on this last tour. And sadly because of having to play to click-track it's also way stiffer and straight rhythms. All groove was gone when I saw them last summer. I've seen Kiss 9 times

I'm confused. I listened to Kiss for many years Including the song Parasite. The lyrics goes "Parasite lady no need to cry." But, on the live version it sounds like they sing "no need to rise." Is that the right lyrics?
