I know this video is from a while back but I just found you and I enjoy watching your videos. I also enjoy seeing all of your accessories! It shows, in my opinion, how much you enjoy this hobby. I can relate! Thank you for the time it took for you to put this together! I love how you choose your accessories to match your painting, that is literally so enjoyable to watch and although I don’t have the fun accessories that you have, I would love to do the same thing eventually. ❤️😀

I grew up not having money for “wants”. I learned to appreciate what my friends received and was happy for them ❤ I’ll be 55 in July and discovered DP as a way to help my dexterity (I have progressive MS) - I enjoy seeing items that you have discovered- don’t feel bad for having the ability to purchase things ☺️I love the whole process - thank you for sharing 😉😃

I really enjoyed this video. I like seeing what you do to prepare for your start day. I can’t wait to be back at it again. I had surgery on my right foot (2 bone spurs removed and Achilles tendon repair), so I am non weight bearing. But as soon as I get the go ahead to bear weight, I will be back at it again. Can’t wait to see some more kit ups from you. ❤

Hi Laura, hope you are having a great day! I love the containers you are using, they fit so many diamonds! The two kits you got from DAC are so pretty! I thought of you when I saw them on the site. The week of Collections video sounds like a great idea!!! It's inspiring me to organize my stash as well, go through stuff and declutter. Ahh, I am struggling with squares as well, the painting I am working on is Perfect Spot and it's squares but taking me so long to do. I really like your storage for your pens and trays, so organized. I really enjoyed watching this process, very cool seeing all the accessories you use. Would love to see more of these! Ahh, the pool noodle method looks so cool as well! Great video Laura! Hi Laura, I'm going to answer (make comments on) the questions you asked (that I can remember!)... love the sound of a train going by. I'm a bit further from the train crossing where I live than you, but it's a great sound to me. I watched the Coronation. I have changed my mind on the whole Meghan and Harry thing. Used to like them, not so much now. My book club read his book, I skipped that one. A video on your collections would be great. I like all your videos (as you know!) so whatever way you decide to film will be perfect! I love all your collections and am always happy to see them. The pens! So nice!! Your set up is great and we are very similar. I have an office table rather than a drafting table or desk. I will have to see if my husband can add a bracket and pole to go across to make a shelf so that I too can put the finished sections under from the front (I think you will know what I mean there). I was happy to see you put your drills on top of the canvas in front of you. I do the same. Off to the side seems like the diamonds are too far away. I will add a pool noodle when I do a very large image. So far I haven't had anything big enough to run over the edge of the table. Your choices for accessories on this kit are all the ones I would have chosen as you went through. Oh, and one last thing. My favourite trays are the ones from Add More Zest (4Kidsat147). I like that they are shallow, I struggle with the trays that have higher sides and I have found that my drills line up the best in the AMZ trays too. Thanks for this long video, it was lovely.

Thank you so much for this video. How do you keep your canvas from sliding off your table with the weight of your drills or does the metal var along with the drawers balance the weight out?

I find that between the metal bar/drawer area and the stuff I put on top of the canvas I don't have issues with it sliding down.

It’s so interesting to see your setup process. I use release papers because I hate dealing with the clear cover. Do whatever works best for you as far as your stash video-as I remember you have a very impressive one!I would love to see a video showing all your various storage options, and how you rate them. I didn’t watch the coronation (l’m team Diana 😅 )

I am a new subscriber to you really love this new video. I do have that drafting table but need to have it angled and I’m glad that you found that works for you. I have mine taped to a very large light pad that works for me . I would like you to consider doing a comparison test on different bodies. Yes, they all smell nice but they all are a little bit different. I find with mixes notions which I love it seems to be stringy. She does tell you to put it in the fridge. Let me know what you think.

Hi Christine! Thanks so much for watching! I have been accumulating a bunch of putty from different small shops so I can do a comparison video. It's in the works, but will take a bit of time to get all of my thoughts together. I love buying putty so I have so many I want to talk about, but want to make sure I am able to test all of them. But definetly keep an eye out, hoping to have it up within the next month of two!

I think you know that I'm from South Africa, and I do follow the Royal Family. I adore the pomp and ceremony of all their events. It's like fairytale stuff. The Queens funeral was absolutely amazing and I was completely flabbergasted by the size of the event, the organization and everything that went with it. As for Harry and Megan, I absolutely cannot stand them! They are the biggest hypocrites on the planet. And the slandering that they do constantly of the royal family is an absolute disgrace. Who turns on their family like that, and broadcasts it all to the world for money? Disgusting! Anyway, thanks for a cool video. I have so many super large canvasses in my stash and I'm just intimidated by them. 😂. I no longer have a desire to buy those massive canvasses. PS - talking about the cost of Craft Ease kits, never mind them, but what about some of the other stores like Oroloa, Munimade, Jaded Gem Shop, The One With the Diamond Art? I was browsing the other day and I'm genuinely shocked at the cost of kits these days. DAC is super affordable compared to all those stores, and Craft Ease is cheaper than those stores as well. Hugs.

I'm so glad we're on the same page with Harry and Meghan! They are 100% the biggest hypocrites. My biggest issue is now we have to deal with them here in the US lol at least they're on the other side of the Country from me! As far as the pricing of other shops, you're correct there as well! The sticker shop is real when I go to check out newer diamond painting stores. There's a reason the majority of my stash is heavily DAC. I know exactly what I'm getting when I purchase. Licensed art, great charting, good drills, it's a no brainier for me. I do love checking out and supporting other shops, and will support them during sales if I'm able. However, I will never have the amount of kits from other places as I do DAC.

@@diamondpaintingsbylaura I hear you! I have an immensely large stash and most it it comes from two stores - DAC and Ever Moment. They both have the best prices for the quality. I'd love to buy from more stores and to support smaller stores but their prices are just too high for me. The prices have rocketed in the last year or so and I'm not quite sure why. That said, while the smaller stores are able to sell their kits at those high prices, there's no reason for them to drop the prices or offer sales. So yeah. There are a lot of people in the US with a lot of money to spend, clearly. I wish I was one of them. 😂. I'm always looking out for a sale. Anyway, EM has such amazing quality that I'm completely happy to spend my money there, and on DAC of course. Even Jaded Gem Shop gets her canvasses from Ever Moment. Sending hugs to you.

Nah I didn't watch any of the coronation thing. *shrugs* Not even remotely interested in all that. I don't even know what you were talking about with Harry and Megan. Are they getting divorced or something? I'm rather clueless about all that. I snagged the new Mandie with points this Saturday too! For my second kit I added a JBG to my cart---Alice in the Starry night sky for the jbgalong coming up. A week of collections sounds awesome! Time for another minder board! Problem solved. I am cool with just showing the boxes or thumbnails on the screen honestly. Its a lot less work I suppose but more in editing. I agree with your take on the craftease kits. Girl haters and gonna hate....ignore them. Loved watching you make your choices for this kit.

I'm in the uk, I didn't bother with any of the coronation personally think he should have stepped down, she will never be queen to me, I loved our Queen and the Queen Mum, shes an interloper as is megan. Im so over harry and megan I wont be interested till we have King William. On a happier note, every time you asked Alexa a question my one answered for you too 😂😂

It’s not something that I’m really interested in although in Australia. I love Diana and her boys. Charles is my least favourite and didn’t watch his coronation- think it’s a waste of time, should have been William. Family is always tricky especially when they are in the public eye.
