Oh I would have used all the layers together on that first cards. The intended purpose of those pages.That sign post would have looked so sweet forward of the snowmen.🙂 Thanx for the introduction to this kit.

Cathy you need to include the singing!! You rock! The cards are so cute and festive. That snowman card is spot on. Those punch out card pieces are what drew me into the set. So many wonderful things. I have never experienced crackle paste. You definitely need to do a video because....well..... I just had to order one. I love love the whole kit. As we say in baseball "They hit this one out of the park " ❤️❤️❤️

What a wonderful kit! And the cards you made are just adorable. On that second one, the little red one, you could stamp Christmas on the inside. So it’s, “Have your Elf a merry little…. Decoupage was back in the day, early 1970's. Found a dustpan decoupaged with a saying for my Mom for Xmas. She had 6 kids... "Cleaning your house while your kids are still growing is like shoveling snow before it stops snowing". Thanks for the reminder.

That kit is so stinkin cute! I use the 3 M thin foam squares.....you still get dimensions but not too too high for mailing. The others are too think when more than 2 layers high. Good idea stretching the decoupage sets.....

Hi Cathy, I was watching one if your videos when you spoke about die hairs and how you use purple tape. That got me thinking and here in the UK we have sticky lint rollers which you can use to take hairs and things off of your clothes etc. So I bought one to try to see if it worked on my die hairs. I thought it might of been too sticky and was going to roll it on my jumper if it was. However it was fine and it worked really well. I just thought I would pass that tip onto you. Thank you so much for all your fantastic videos and beautiful cards. Sandra xx

Sweet & simple! If you wanted to bump up the snowman card, I see it as a snow globe. Instead of fussy cutting you could use a circle die. Turn it into a shaker perhaps. 😀

Love the black backgrounds on those papers and 3-D decoupage - I did that in the 70's (whoops, dating myself)! Looks like the coordinating dies are already sold out??? These cards turned out very cute. I'm SO tempted but I'm trying to rein myself in a bit as I went a little crazy when Tim kept releasing product week after week. Well, onto more Christmas making. I've skipped all the other holidays this last half of the year. 🤷🏻‍♀️

First, I love your humor. That said, you do have a really good voice even when you are singing for humor. I don't do much in the way of whimsical cards so I won't get the whole kit. But there were definitely some stamps and papers in there that I would like to use. Also, I feel like I can't use decoupage and cut-aparts. Everyone I know is aware that I am obsessed with card making so they expect a one-of-a-kind original from me. Or, do I just prefer to believe that? 😂

The card kits aren't decoupage. That's where you stick an image down then you coat it with several layers of sealant until it's all smooth and level. The kits are paper toile, where you cut aspects of the original image and layer them on top, layer on layer to create a 3D 'trick of the eye' image. BTW, love your singing.

Frosty’s voice was done by Burl Ives. I grew up in the 50s and can remember the annual cartoons. Still love them to this day! Your colouring is just fine. Very cute cards! 😊. Cute little girl elf.

The point of decoupage is to stack the layers up for a 3D effect. Popular in Europe for decades.

Store your sparkle pen with the brush facing up. Otherwise it will leak if you lay it on its side or pointing down. Love the elves on that paper. The numbered die cuts are decoupage, you stack them on top of each other with the foam squares, by numbers to make a 3D item
