Hi Paul, I think Fridge -> wash -> preparation area -> hob/stove is a better flow. Reason being the cut ingrediants in preparation area is nearer to the stove, so you dont have to take it across the wash area as in your design.

Your videos are very informative indeed. Wanted your advice on design of b/fast counter Is the b/f counter top typically placed so as to access from outside completely or some portion of it needs to be inside the kitchen and above the level of kitchen platform?

Hi Paul I am planning for a kitchen work , can you pls let me know which type of wood is better other than teak. Teak seems to be expensive and I don't want to use MDF. Want to use only ply and wood. It should be cost effective, pls suggest, am from Bangalore
