3 жыл бұрынThis week we're stepping into the hub of the home, the kitchen and this one's a goody! We've created an island bench like no other we've done before... stone for days and added some hidden features for a seamless finish..... peek-a-boo.
If you love a good laundry room, get ready for some eye candy. We went for function as well as beauty, with double washers and dryers to make washing a breeze.
And then there's the powder room and boy is she a pretty one.

Wow. Just wow. The kitchen the butlers, the laundry room and those tiles!!! Then here comes the powder room I had to pause the video! The house is so absolutely stunning yet something like a small powder room can still take your breath away. And it’s what I love most about these homes. They are opulent and grand but there are things that you can take away and implement in your own space and that powder room for me will be replicated in my home!!

A breathtaking finish, the bifold windows in the kitchen opening up that space is my fav. Would have like to see more camera shots of the laundry room floor - seem like such an intricate design. Love it.

Such a gorgeous non-traditional kitchen! I was confused that there is no extractor hood/fan for the electric hob, but after some research I found out, an extractor fan is not necessary :-O

Question. I want to build my own dream home and I was wondering how much does a typical renovation like this cost. Could you possibly do a seperate video of the entire constitution process and the costs from start to finish. That would literally be amazing 😊 Also love the house so far. amazing as always 💕

I've been asking for this since Bonnie's dream home to no avail. I too would love the whole cost of something like this so I know how much I would need to save up for a project this huge. I feel like you can only find out pricing stuff if you purchase their reno school thing

Depends where you're located obviously, that would make a massive difference in pricing. But overall these types of houses are million-dollar projects

Google where your live + construction cost per square meter. That will give you a idea. (Where I live it is 1890/square meter, if I was doing a 250 square meters house it would be something around 472k

We have to remember that these homes belong to real people and not everyone will be comfortable enough to discuss their personal finances like that. I think it’s best to get a consultation with the ladies or a professional in your country/area to get proper figures.
