I love your kitchen especially the breakfast nook. It is so spacious and light. I wish I had room for a butchers block in my kitchen and a laundry nook too. I love the fact your home looks lived in and is homely and cosy xx

If you use one of the drawers to place all your mugs & the shorter glasses, it'll be a life changer! Storing them in the cabinets makes it so hard to access the ones at the very back. After all that hard work, you deserve a nice hot bubble bath!

It looks like you may have enough space beside your refrigerator, if you move it against one wall or the other and maybe find an Ikea wire basket unit on wheels for the other side. It could go in sideways and you could roll out for access.

I don’t know if I will get a reply however I have a Bosch Dishwasher I find the rinse aid section confusing how do you pour the solution without it going everywhere and how can you tell whether it’s full. Any tips anyone?

Oh, it's all looking so bright and welcoming, I just love the kitchen, and I am in love with those pink dishes/tumblers!! The kitchen is never really done...because it's always evolving and changing as a young family grows and needs change. I just love the space.

I fold bags to put inside one or two other bags, and then I store them in the boot of the car ready for my next shopping trip. I also keep a £1 coin in the car to get my supermarket trolley. Be prepared !

My favorite way to organize reusable bags is to buy a magazine rack and mount it to a wall or door.

Why don‘t you move the fridge to one side instead of having it in the center? You would have one „big“ space to actually organize stuff instead of two small ones ;-)

What a lovely, bright, pretty and airy kitchen. Well done!!! Re your tools - a rolling cart that holds all your tools, paint, etc., that you can use for storage and move around to where you need it may be something to consider, although getting it up and down the stairs might be a bit difficult. All the best! I can't wait to see what happens next in the adventures of Hermione - I'm hooked!

Hi bag tip. I did the same- I gave some bags and hangers to charity. I also used some as rubbish bags/ gave away. Now I have only a few reusable bags (totes, jute bags, really sturdy good plastic ones) and I keep one in my handbag and some in car boot. I’ve barely had to buy a plastic bag since and this has been well over a year! If I get one for example clothes shopping, I recycle the paper ones and again use the plastic ones for something else. It is a lovely feeling as all those bags would make me 😱😱😱 Your kitchen is lovely by the way! Xx

To store the shopping bags, you could try getting a skinny rack (those used as to use the cranny between walls and fridges with weels) or store them in a box or drawer, as in the bin only the ones on top would end up being used. For the stains on the inside of the fridge you can try a cream cleaner or baking soda to scrub them. It's so soothing to see a decluttered and clean space, so hopefuly the room you hate will soon be one you love.
