Well I've got a Hobart N50 and I'm glad it showed going straight to warp speed (there's only 3 on mine and you have to start in the selected gear and ride out the storm) It showed me just how far I can push it without losing an eye. I find the chopping off the ends of the apples a bit of a waste, I think some experimentation is needed when mine arrives in a few days. What's the worst that can happen?
