@@AroundTheHome1 I think so too. I bought a Wilton 9.25 x 5.25 loaf pan on Amazon . That extra quarter inch of room helps a lot. It’s a little crowded in a regular 9x5.

I cant find a video regarding the Other pin. I can't open mine up because the pin is super stuck and wont tap out. so far im not sure what that pin is called.

any experience removing/reinserting the spindle pin that holds the dough hook, balloon whisk etc.

Do you have a part number for that pin by any chance? Googled the whole Internet twice, still couldn't find it (just 2nd hand ones).

You can't see the screw at 1:42, it is too dark

The screw might not be lit up, but you can see it.
