This song has a special place in my heart. I was born and brought up in a Catholic family in Texas and my boyfriend was born and brought up in a strict Hindu family back in India. He moved to the states for college around four years ago. We met in class and instantly fell for each other. The difference in our races created many obstacles for us. Even our parents stood between us because of the religious differences. But we stuck to it and fought all those battles together and today we are the happiest of couples. He plays this song all day and I had to read the lyrics to understand the meaning of it. I hope we get to live with each other forever. Rajesh Roshan composed this music way before in the 70s. He wanted Kishore Kumar to sing it but unfortunately the music couldn't fit in any of the movies at that time. Then in 2010 he told KK to sing this one for him and also told him that 'No one in this generation can sing this song, except you' . That's the magic of KK. If Kishore Kumar couldn't sing it, the modern Kishore Kumar (KK) sang this melody. It was a story narrated by KK in one of his live shows. Most favourite singer of all time❤️

I just love this song... Love has no language... Silence is its first language.. he is truly caring towards her.. true love cares, it gives, it's patient, it's kind... He showed love for her just through his gestures without uttering words... Love is silent... I think if you can sit together in silence and still don't feel boring but cherish each other more then that is true love...and he truly likes to see her happy even though she was marrying someone else...true love is gentle and respectful.. he also gave his rain jacket to her not bothered if he would get wet...

Last scene made it a 9 on IMDB underrated cause of much Spanish that's why back in 2010s it was not shown very frequently on channels. Amazing and a powerful story . A true passion for love this generation should learn, way ahead of its time, I would say its timeless as True love's resemblance is needed in every generation evey life, money can buy you happiness but not love, it can't bring back the love of your life. After watching it for close to about 2 hrs I thought I'd write something nice about it! Soul touching performance.
