I just finished watching and this might be the most amazing thing I've ever seen in Minecraft with no mods, it is crazy how it can auto generate this stuff from a few simple blocks, that nether castle at the end made my jaw drop lmao, good job 👍

this is one of the best command block creations I've ever seen the use of the loom and chiseled bookshelf blocks to add noise and variety to the terrain was incredibly clever, and having the buildings have varied, randomly generated interiors, honestly blew my mind and what's even more amazing is, there's even more potential for it there are a few optimizations that could be made, mainly by replacing most if not all the redstone with command block chains these chains allow for much more precise coding, by controlling the order of operations; and instead of running on redstone ticks (10t/s), they run on game ticks (20t/s), potentially letting the printer run twice as fast with these things in mind, there's porential for even more features through ease of implementation

This is so insane, I've done game development in the past and I kind of get how it works, but how you would build it in minecraft is far beyond my knowledge. 100% great video

a cool idea: in the same way these commands recognize blocks as structures, you could build massive versions of every block in every configuration. Then, if you built a structure inside the printing area, it will give a massive version of that

This is an incredible build and a well made video. Why did you not use chain command blocks in your build at all? I'd think it would be able to speed up the printer.

I think it would be epic if you opened up a Minecraft server for your subscribers, it would be cool to see what kinds of mini games and creations you would make 😊

You could add a blend tool alongside the polisher for the terrain to help with how it flows together and not be so chunk based

Imagine this 3d printer be able to have a separate "mixing" place (almost the same as your "memory" place where he has all the terrains to build) where he can mix any corresponding terrain whatever he wants and make mixed terrains to get the best solution

considering the fact that i couldn't understand the dumbed down version of what you did, its crazy how you were able to do this. honestly this might actually be helpful for builders to see how their buildings would look bigger, which would save time placing so many blocks.

When I was younger I used to use command blocks a lot (nothing too afvanced though) and now that I'm older I am a programmer. I can definitely see how this would work in a programming sense but I'm completely lost on how you translated this to Minecraft lol. Amazing.

My idea is to either make big and mini builds of the same thing yourself or with this (using this may lead to worse results) and then train an actual AI on that data. I think having just cmd blocks and a build area would be extremely cool to see. But still, amazing video!

Next project: make it so that it details the terrain. Maybe change some random blocks to the ones in the series of the adjacent chunk.

You could add a thing for the blocks that instead of it being a straight edge for the 10x10x10 areas could have little effects by it that make it look not as smooth and more natural

I think the terrain generation needs some sort of smoothing algorithm. Maybe add a different smoothing algorithm to the building generation too

bro could have just used some sort of ai interpreted perlin noise instead of preset terrain chunks with polishing. Your pretty much just making an adaptive terrain generator. Also, the part about the buildings not being flush with the ground reminded me of Jeb talking about difficulties with making villages flush with the ground.
