This material is oddly fascinating. I wonder what the density is and how it compares to the wood the paper was made from. Also, I don’t remember him adding any kind of binding agent to it. Perhaps the binding agent that was already present in the paper was enough. I wonder how the flexibility and strength compares to that of normal wood. If anyone has any answers, please let me know. I noticed that he dry sharpened it. Was this because due to the material being sensitive to water? Or perhaps the waste gets in the way more when sharpening wet. If you have any answers, please let me know.
