Flat, Freestyle, Anti-Rocker - they all have their benefits, and now with the Kizer Shift Unlimited, you no longer have to choose between different frames. This new concept allows skaters to easily switch between wheel setups depending on their needs and personal skating style.
Kizer's Shift Unlimited concept features a single base frame skeleton and three different blocks: composite flat block for street, park, and bowl skating; an anti-rocker block that works perfectly with small anti-rocker wheels (45 to 49mm); and a freestyle block for unencumbered grinds and creativity.
Designed by Layon Chang / BRA.
Incorporating rocker spacers, the Shift Unlimited allows you to roll on almost any combination of wheel setups, including:
Flat:
Bearing bosses rockered UP - Max 55 mm wheels
Bearing bosses rockered DOWN - Max 60mm wheels
Hilo (rockered UP outside, rockered DOWN inside) - 60 mm outside, 55 mm inside
Antirocker/Freestyle:
Bearing bosses rockered UP - Max 65 mm wheels
Bearing bosses rockered DOWN - Max 68mm wheels
Antirocker/Freestyle with a recess in Soulplates
Bearing bosses rockered UP - Max 68 mm wheels
Bearing bosses rockered DOWN - Max 76mm wheels

Best frames promo ever, really accurate, it’s a real test by a pro skater, I wish we could see more stuff like this ! Thanks Eugen. I wish Kizer would consider producing tall feet frames like an XL size, between 285mm to 290mm axes to axes length, then I would buy Kizer for sure.

I loved the Type-M Frames because they were much better than any other Freestyle frame (better wheel-protection). And these frames are a real further development of them. Great work Kizer and thank you very much!💪💪💪

Would be curious about the Superfluid. The link they originally used in the description had Superfluid in the URL, but it didn't work and they've since changed it. According to the page it now goes to, the frame materials are "Nylon PA 66 plus glass & carbon-fiber." It was my understanding that Superfluid had the carbon fiber added, but the description on that page says Fluid -- so who knows?

Any of those tricks can be done in flat, but the fakie stair ride cannot be done freestyle or anti

Stairbash works with anti too! I did it all the time. Just way easier with flat. Same goes for pivot siwtchups, they might also work with flat but it’s way easier with anti or freestyle. I believe you should choose the right weapon for your personal preferences instead of making things harder than they should be. If you like the rolling part more than grinding, go flat. If you love grinding the most and don’t care much about the rolling experience go anti or freestyle. And for sure there are tons of hybrid options to try out too.

Wie geil ist das denn?! War schon vorher ein Riesenfan des Type-M Frame, weil das viel besser war als herkömmliche Freestyle-Frames (fühlte sich an wie ein Antirocker-Frame, brauchte aber keine Antirocker und hat gegenüber den normalen Freestyle-Frames den Vorteil, dass man z.B. in Miniramps nie mit der vorderen Rolle am Table Wheelbite hat). Zudem macht das grosse Groove auch sehr viel Spass. Gerade auf rauhen Curbs braucht man für Torques, Unities etc. viel weniger Wachs, weil das Riesengroove fast keinen Widerstand hat. Und dieses Frame ist die perfekte Weiterentwicklung des Type-M Frames. Einfach perfekt. Danke!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
