Ok people who don’t know what this anime is about from the trailer, it’s basically about a group of 7 people who get put in this experiment who can share eachother’s pain. So, whenever one person gets hurt, everyone else does. One of them can’t feel pain, due to something in his past.

That's a bad trailer based on what someone told me this anime is about, how friends are trapped into feeling each other's emotions that get multiplied in pain, etc. ... I'll see how good it is.

The show is literally about some girl with a misunderstanding on “How to make friends” and an entire company of scientists are laughably supporting this cause.

Sure, but some insane people would definitely torture themselves or others, happy in the knowledge they are torturing 8 billion people. If one person happened to get hit by a car, everybody in the world would feel the pain of death. If anyone had anything like arthritis everyone would feel it, and of course people have arthritis. The system is poorly thought out and definitely wouldn't work.

There's a novel of kiznaiver thats a sequel so its kinda like a second season in a book but i think its only available in japan which is sad

I've been meaning to get to this anime ever since recognizing Yuki Kaji and Maeno Tomoaki as seiyuus in this... I've been putting it off cuz I can't tell the story from the trailer. Thanks to the comments, I have an idea now what this is about.
