On top of that, I also made an internal 300 RPM mini fan then put it on top of the heat sink for better heat desipation and circulation

Better if you can stick a temperature sensor and just add an Arduino to turn on the fan once it's hot.

I guess that will work if you're bored, but I just go to Lowe's and get me a plate rack of the appropriate size and bag tie a fan underneath it.
