I don’t understand how pretending in the power of prayer which has no bases in reality is going to help you. Your prayer will help you(other than comforting you which has real value) as much as a Muslim or Mormon’s prayer will help them. I only bring this up to share that there is value in living in reality, it can produce a life where truth is valued.

Thnks for the content! I am fasting about songs. I only can hear Christian's songs for one year, and here I am, I started at January and now we are in May. I decided to do that cause I live with music, but I was feeling that I wasn't in control of my own mind, everytime my mind was starting to sing a random sound and to have weird thoughts. And this fast is helping me to have more self-control of my thoughts. Thanks God for everything!!

It can help you with getting rid of unwanted thoughts that seem to be blasphemous because if you trust God that John 3 16 is true for example (meaning that if you have faith in Jesus, you are going to heaven), intrusive thoughts can't make you afraid. Because if you know that you are going to heaven, then you aren't terrified.

Simple and strong. Also reading the Bible every day sometimes you just start memorizing the scripture without realizing it and then in certain situations it comes in your mind and then that you might remember part of it and I Google it and then find in the Bible and then I’m like God is telling me to look at this God is telling me this right now I was like wow and that’s how it works for me a lot and then I learn mine might know but what I love that you said the most in this video is to pray over you know we’re supposed to go to God every day but also believe that he’s going to do it so good!
