I FEEL you on social anxiety i struggle the same thing and at times it’s very hard i feel so awkward and out of place, thank you for sharing and remember on days that you feel at your worst write down all the positives that happen that day reflecting on more positive things rather than the negative :)🤍

keaton!! i’m from minnesota - to stay warm in 9 degrees you need LAYERS and not cotton layers. wear a synthetic layer as your base (like workout leggings and top) because it’ll pull your sweat/moisture away from you and keep you warmer. also wear wool socks to stay super warm, because it’ll pull moisture away and if you get any snow on them they’ll dry easily. and docs are NOT good winter shoes, they have no grip and you will be sliding all over the place. i wear blundstones instead because they look similar but have better grip. basically, avoid cotton as much as possible. also, my momma always says if your neck is cold your body is cold so have a good scarf at all times!

the last 6 months or so i have been having really bad acne, and i started using just cetaphil and i bought a face brush on Amazon for 20 dollars, and it has helped my skin IMMENSLY, its simple and has made a huge difference, and i am basically all clear now besides a little scaring that i need some sunlight for !

Do you find that you sleep on that side of your face on your pillow? It could be your pillow cases from not washing your hair every day especially if you’re using product in it! I often break out from that so just thought I’d share. Love your videos ! :)

I used to be soooo similar with the social anxiety and i think in some ways its hard to ever stop feeling that completely- like i dont think i’ve stopped being that way completely yet. My social anxiety started 4/5 years ago and thankfully i have gotten a lot better through having pushed myself while working in retail - being in social situations everyday like that where your job is kind of to talk to people, its such good practice because you have sooooo many conversations per day and per week that you cant be bothered to overthink everything like you normally would have. You leave the work place and are just so happy to be going home to your comfort zone that you dont even want to think about the day, you just want to look forward to what you can do to help wind yourself down. Ofc not everyone has a job like that and honestly social anxiety is more common than you think that just finding comfort in those who you can just be you and not overthink is also the best thing♥️ i still overthink a lot more than i think i should but not as much as i used to and my husband is here to remind me i’m doing it so that helps too- having someone there to tell you you’re overthinking & that the way you acted or spoke was fine. 😘

I feel you on social anxiety and want to share that yesterday I had to get up in front of my speech class and yell/talk loudly about anything cause we had to show what you shouldn't do in your actual speech. I have a really quiet voice and I literally can't yell so I was nervous about going up there…before I knew it I was (in my opinion) yelling about how my favorite food is Mac and cheese and i like to eat it with ketchup EVEN THOUGH THAT ISNT TRUE. no one realized that I was being loud since I am so quiet and now I can't stop thinking about the situation hahaha

Hey girl this video was so relatable but as for the marks after the acne stick. I have super dry skin and when I use mine on top of like acne or various skincare products it will leave rashes and marks on me as well!! For them to go away do not scrub and just keep your skincare simple and moisturize. What’s helped me personally is ole henrikson truth serum, moisturizer, and under eye cream and the tatcha face wash. I just use those 4 things and my skin has cleared up right away! Plus it could I get bad hormonal/ stress acne and it didn’t show up as bad this time plus girl I feel you with the bad eating I get the same way. I hope this was somewhat helpful but love your vlogs!

wow everything you said about social anxiety really resonated with me. i started a new job a month ago and it’s turned out to be so hard for me to not be anxious there due to the amount of social interaction that has to be done and mg constant overthinking about it 😔 i leave every shift feeling poorly about myself even though i know other people probably didn’t perceive me being awkward or weird- it’s just all in my head!! my boss always tells me to talk more or speak up which can often make things even worse, especially as a naturally shy person. thank u for talking about this and making me feel less alone!

it’s also so strange that i’m feeling this way and i can’t shake it which gets me even more upset :( i’ve done customer service before and was in a sorority in college just like you but sometimes social anxiety just triggers you when you least expect it. ugh. hoping both you and i can overcome this eventually!

omg i can relate to the social anxiety SO much lol. I've only been back at uni 3 days but I got into a really bad habit over xmas of just like isolating myself and now being at uni and being around people most of the day my mind has been going CRAZY and literally analysing every interaction i've had w ppl today, but i think that's partly because i haven't been used to talking to ppl lol. And like my stomach has literally been in knots the last 4 hours because i think getting back into uni work and socialising has been super overwhelming which sucks but thank u so much for being open and talking about your experiences with it ily xxxx

I’m not sure where you are with your relationship with God but honestly it doesn’t really matter. But I used to really struggle with anxiety as well and the only thing that truly helped was asking God for help. I used to think that my opinion and voice didn’t matter but God helped me realize that that’s a lie from the enemy. Stay strong and remember people want to hear what you have to say. Hope this helps! 💕

Hi Keaton! I have the same problem with acne--especially deep cystic acne that has a giant radius. I noticed that when I stopped eating eggs, it went away. Even when I eat eggs for only one day, it comes back. I don't know if you eat eggs frequently, but I thought I would share that information! Other people have also noticed this effect with eggs. Also, Hexomedine for spot treatment, it disinfects and dries it out a little bit, but I always apply moisturiser before because completely drying the pimple out will cause for his friend to come and complain. Always always put on moisturizer, morning and night, even with pimples and when doing spot treatment to avoid dry rashes!

It's only been on my left side of my face along my cheeks and jaw :( I already don't eat dairy products of any sort so thats how I know mine is all hormonal sadly but my dermatologist prescribed me a pill specifically for hormonal acne (I've already been on accutane & bc) and it's actually helped so much!

social anxiety makes you feel so alone because you feel like you're the only one who has it. this may seem weird but it doesnt look like you have social anxiety, coming from someone who was diagnosed with it. maybe it doesnt show that i have it either. i got a personal trainer because i'm so embarrassed to work out alone to the point where i feel paralyzed and will go home.
