Well I gather by your coffee mug you might be a Postal Worker as am I. I also just bought my first BMW motorcycle a very low mile GS 650. Work out of Indianapolis but I was looking for a transfer to Greensboro at one point. Anyway nice review I was actually looking for the review the rest was just interesting. Thanks and also what is the phone mount you are using? Thanks.

I quit getting Transitions lenses in my eye glasses because on overcast and cloudy days they would get very dark and made them useless not to mention annoying. Would like to see you ride on a very cloudy day. Also the idea of raising your face shield to see in a tunnel without wearing glasses leaves your eyes with no protection not to mention it’s also illegal in most states not to wear eye protection while riding. I wouldn’t trust my windshield to protect my eyes.

My only issue with my Klim transition shield is that when it is cold out the shield darkens, not good on a cold dark night.

what about the duck bill casting a shadow on the transitions lens and causing spots of light and dark?

Klim says the lens is to only be used in "street mode" because the visor will mess up the transition

I didn't hear him complain. I'm going to try one out since I wear glasses and can no longer swap out for sunglasses.
