You can just search footwork basic hiphop if you master them you can do most footwork of kpop songs, same for armwork or search footwork foundation hiphop

For stable voice I would recommend singing while doing exercises it's really helpful!

And you can also try doing a plank while singing, during A2K you can see Kaylee doing it in one of the episodes. It can make you more stable.

5:47 From head is also good!!! It helps you hit higher notes. Make sure you have diaphragm support, it's very important. Also, nasal singing is horrible so avoid it please.

Hey, there! I'm in opera singing. Honestly, yeah. It makes sense when you think about it, but on the other hand, ginger really helps with your voice. It's a good remedy when you're sick or literally when you're healthy as well. You can eat it raw or brew a tea with it, I'm learning how to tolerate the flavor bc I have zero spice tolerance 😂

Simple.... You should take care of your hair by - massaging it, apply hair mask once in a week , wash your hair with the best shampoo, when you are washing your hair concentrate on cleaning primary the scalp rather than washing your entire length of hair... 😅
