What about sterelization? After heat treatment it seems the next processes aren't in a clean room. Operators don't use hairnet, gloves, gowns

Truly amazing how clean you have kept your work space ..... I'm also a manufacturer of surgical instruments in pakistan but our factories especially polishing area is a real mess ....
