Welche Zeiten schafft wohl die Ninja ZX9R mit 143 PS (BJ:2000) ? Die Werte 0-100, 0-200 Km/h und die Top Speed wurden per GPS gemessen. Seht selbst!

My ZX9R has a race-spec carburetor, upgraded coils, NGKs, upgraded exhaust, upgraded clutch, smaller rear sprocket (or larger front...cant remember lol we definitely changed them for higher top-end), she is also stretched (still wants to lift up!). I run her on 93 Octane or higher (when available). I mix it with Marvel Mystery Oil for smoother bottom-end torque and it just makes this engine run and scream a lot smoother (higher pitch sound). With this setup, the analogue gauges CANNOT keep up lol. I definitely hit over 200mph on 6th and can definitely GAP more modern bikes! A bit less acceleration (which doesn't matter too much since we don't have Traction Control).... but higher speeds for sure.

Fantastic bike scary fast till now (i know first hand as me and my brothers owns ZX9 '00, ZX10 '05 & '08, ZX12 '06) but with excellent air protection. The bike seems to be bone-stock. With taller gearing she can hit +300 on the speedo (i have no idea actually on GPS). With dynojet carbs kit, free flow air filter, full exhaust system she makes easily 150 Bhp on rear tyre. This fine piece of Japanese engineering is sold were cheep world wide; with upgraded suspensions and brakes can be easily keep-up even with modern liter bikes. fancy

Yeah I agree but styling was better in 90 a all sharp edged new bikes look alike and to me have zero style. Like cars older ones had style.

@@motoremedy986 some like r1 I agree but I prefer the smoother lines if older Yamaha a kawis and hondas. Suzuki styling never was my cup of tea. I like the tails of today mot hanging low but like smoother fairings of some older models. Also too many fronts today protrude to far out over front end for me. All a matter if taste.

I just got one of these. It's an 02. Pretty much mint condition. Original blue color. I don't think i will ever be able to open it all the way up. Did a 60 - 200 kph pull with maybe 75% throttle and it took like 3 seconds... I had to stop and stretch out my hip after that XD.

Irgendwas stimmt mit der Karre nicht. Ich hatte die auch und meine lief knapp 300. Und von null auf 100 ist das Ding in 3.0 Sekunden, nicht in 4,8 Sekunden.

That engine is not in good condition,my zx9r f2 without a problem it reached 300 km / h on the clock (the actual/ real speed is probably around 280) only yoshimura slip on, the gear ratio was the original 16-41, 100 kg heavy driver

on this route it was often uphill, which temporarily reduced the speed.

Most analogue speedometer are not accurate, 5% speed difference ease above 250, so 300 is actually 285

Yeah mine has pipe, timing, lower gears and camshafts with 75k on it hits 300 as quick as the newer bikes.

The Speedometer here was at 290 with 264 GPS. And the difference ist mostly the Same. Downhill this zx9r would do 300 too. The average zx9r isnt doing 300 easily on a straight, as specially when your a 100 kg driver. Talking ist always easy, make a video If im wrong an proove it.

Oh wie oft ich diesen Autobahnabschnitt gefahren bin, von 2009-2020 im Prinzip täglich zur Ausbildung und später zur Arbeit. Hab es ehrlich gesagt erst gemerkt als der Blitzer kam und ich dachte momentchen... ...das Teil kennst du doch! ^^ Allzeit gute Fahrt! :-)

The ZX9-R made between 2000 and 2003 E and F models is the best sport/touring bike ever built. And similar bike will never be build again. I keep buying them to stock my garage full while there are still good ones around. With 100 octane fuel on a chilli day (best conditions for carrburators) there is nothing that can keep up with me between 0 to 240 kph. Howgh.

Hab fast mehr erwartet ^^ Da läuft meine CBR 600F (Bj 05) ziemlich genauso. Bissl hin und her, auf 100 iss sie schneller, auf 200 ist aber die Kawa schneller. Und drüber ca gleich. aber das ändert natürlich nix am guten Video :-) Abonniert.

the gps is recorded by the gopro, then we read out the data with a program and transfer it to our self-constructed speedometer.

these are gps measurements of 260+ kmh. The speedometer shows 290 km / h.

@@pierrebasa4731 1.) Yes, Leergewicht = Dry weight, empty weight, unladen weight. 2.) You know a thing, but obviously NOT the ZX9 or its history! And if you did, you would also know that it does more than what your GPS indicated, and I for one, can not understand why you would put up a video with a crippled ZX9 spreading a lie. The bike does not pull as it should! 3.) How about the Kawasaki manual, do you think they would know? Great video!! i have a question, maybe you know. My 2003 zx9r, is very powerfull until it reaches 6000rpm... then it starts holding back!! Any ideas? I was thinking maybe not enough fuel coming trough?! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Of course. It nearly can be anytging. Carbs, valve Timing or Bad ignition Try to clean your carbs with ultrasonic and then synchronize them. You need New spark plugs indeed

@@pierrebasa4731 its already fixed. Ive had it tuned on a dyno. Jets where much to big, and the sparkplugs, looked good on the eye, but where bad!! Before tuning bike read 143hp, after tuning 149 hp, and no more stalling at 6000rpm. Dynojet is a good investment!! Thanks for your reaction!! 😊👍🏻

@@pierrebasa4731 no worries, i payed 350€ for the tuning, including Jets, special needles, and new sparkplugs... but 100% worth it. Also its better for your engine if it runs 100%!! Good luck!! 😊👍🏻

0-100 km/h zx9r depends on weight of driver, wildness, driving skills and so on..but I think the bike do the "run" around 3 seconds, maby 3,2!👍

Almost every 1000cc or thereabouts sportbike since 30+ years ago does 0-100 in about 3 seconds if you get a good start.

I have same year bike. Looks almost like a new bike now, got it painted etc. Do you have a Jet Kit in yourrs? Got 155 hp from the wheel. Havent tried top speed yet..., maybe 300 km/h is possible? 😁

Ugyan már 0-100 km/h 4,8s????????????, milyen motoros ez??. Az én ugyan ilyen kawám 2,5s tud!!Ez a videó egy nagy szar, ezek a motorok 280 km/h sebességet simán tudnak!!!
