Definitely, I'm grateful I got them as a gift because it would've been really hard to justify buying them for myself as a DIYer with a student job.

Love these things but I have no use for them since I’m not a professional who would use them regularly. Borrowed them for some light outdoor plumbing and am super tempted to buy a pair just because I like them so much.

They're definitely pretty great, but like you said not an everyday use tool.

Knipex tools are great. I used the Alligator water pump pliers for years before switching to the Cobra model. Recently I purchased the Knipex lineman pliers and the offset diagonal cutters. I've been debating on the Knipex pliers wrench..... well debating when I'm going to get them😁

I've loved all the Knipex tools I've gotten as well. Definitely planning to get more.

Recently got the TwinGrip and love these things. Keep them with my socket set and it’s always tempting to reach for them first to test them out on the bolts.

@@ws4835 I have the twin grips also. They paid for their selves the first time I used them to get out a stubborn small bolt.
