There was a knock in the suspension on the left side. The knocking occurred only when one wheel hit the pit, while the knocking did not manifest itself on speed bumps and noise lanes, even if driving at high speed. Before ordering any parts, I went to the lift and the only thing that seemed faulty were the silent blocks in the stabilizer struts. From experience with the previous Audi A6, there was a similar knock, but the problem was in the faulty upper ball levers, but when checking with a mount on the Audi A6 C7, all ball joints were without backlash.
