*Dies of Nostalgia overload* I remember going here every year when I was a kid, my parents loved it because it was free to park, and to walk around. My brothers and I always had so much fun there.

The craftsmanship of wooden roller coasters always amaze me.

I remember watching a video on The Haunted Mansion thinking I could handle it but then I sat on the ride with my eyes squeezed shut and covering my ears...I'm a grown woman... 🤣

Thank you so much for going back to Knoebels! I used to live about 45 minutes from here, but now I am in Arizona. When my family met you in Disney we chatted a bit about Knoebels. This vlog made me smile the whole time as I was flooded with excellent memories. I can’t wait to get back here in the near future.

I grew up in Pa and this was an amusement park my family would visit every year we would stay in the campground. I now live in Orlando and when we come up to visit family and friends we always take a day for Knoebles. This is our favorite park

Couple of fun Knoebels facts, they have an onsite organ shop and repair carousel band organs for other parks. That rolling ride you were unfamiliar with is believed to be the last operating Allan Herschell Looper

Fun fact: The carousel has horses that are one of a kind and hand carved. In a flood event a rescue team is dispatched within minuets to dismantle the entire ride and take it to a secure position where it is protected from damage.

I went there once during Halloween time a few years ago. Didn't get on any rides, but it was really fun. For your PA trip, I totally recommend Antietam Dairy and Renfrew Park and Museum.

That cage that was in the museum was a childhood memory. I went 1 to 2 times a year in the 70's. You would stand in them and you would have to manually try to get it to swing. If you succeeded, you would make it rotate around into the air. Love the video!

Knoebles is the Best. They do have the best Bumper Cars for sure as well as the best Dark Ride. They have a covered bridge festival in tbe fall that is amazing with vendors from all over..Penn State Creamery has the best Ice Cream at the festival. Flying turns is a very unique ride for sure. G. Funk This is an amazing video of a truly outstanding amusement park! I live about an hour away from this park and absolutely love it. The Knoebel family, their managers, and staff do outstanding work day in and day out every year. I have been to this park several times each year and have been there on business as well and talked with the Knoebel family and they are some of the most patient, nicest, humble, and genuinely caring people you could ever wish to meet. All of this comes with the tremendous weight of running such a large scale operation that would probably be very trying to most families even in the best of times. Like I said, I really cannot overstate how special this place is and what great work they do keeping it an amazing destination for family fun for generations. I hope it retains its charm and family ownership for the next 100+years. I really wish that everyone in America could visit this place at least once to get a true feel of what this place is like. Knoebels isn't the only amusement park out there, but they are among the BEST at what they do!

The one ride you didn't know is the Looper, and you have a pedal you push with your foot. Then it locks the wheel to flip it over and over.

Oh man Knoebels was my 1st job. The Motor Boats we use to have to unstick people all the time. We didn't have the fancy poles though lol. Nice walk around the park and that cage you saw in the museum I remember that being some weird manual attraction when I was a kid. It was removed before I was ever big enough to experience it.
