This fighter is one of the best aircraft made by -South Belka Munitions Factory- Gründer Industries. The ADF series aircraft along with the ZOE program will restore our pride that we lost 15 years ago. Edit : Soon we will retake the Southern lands and Belka will once again reign supreme

New fan of Ace Combat here. Out of all the original crafts that I've seen so far, the Falken is by far the best looking one.

When you break it down the most logical explanation for how military culture, technological progression, and political atmosphere in strangereal differs from our own is that they had a WW1/WW2 that were very different in how they were fought than our world wars. Would love to see that elaborated on.

I just love the Falken. Put the orange skin on it, cranked the defense nearly to the max and installed 2 bomb mods for the FAEBS (Fuel Air Explosive Bombs). A great attack craft both lethal in Air to Air as well as Air to Ground Combat. Astounding maneuverability and stability, awesome speed.

6:38 Speaking of stealth. The ADF-01 has a few features that make it not so stealthy. To start, its canards is one of the issues. The front of the ADF-01's canard has a rather really flat angle. So this makes deflecting radar signals away a bit difficult. HOWEVER, this drawback is sort of slightly compensated by the front, and back angle of the canard using the correct planform alignment.......BUT.......the canard's planform alignment with the rest of the aircraft NOT SO MUCH. In addition to this, the canard is angled upwards away from the same plane as the wing. So, since the canard is not in line with the wing (meaning that it doesn't blend well with the main wing), this increases RCS......BUT, when looking from the front of the ADF-01, the canard looks to be somewhat blended in with the top part of the engines.....so maybe this affects RCS for good, or worse, IDK, quite hard to say. Secondly, the forward swept wings of the ADF-01 looks to be detrimental towards its stealth. I think forward swept wings MAY be able to reflect back radar signals back (along the frontal arc of the aircraft). Which isn't great for stealth. I think this may occur by the radar signal hitting the FSW (Forward Swept Wing), then being bounced toward the fuselage, and then being bounced back by the fuselage towards the radar emitter. HOWEVER, even if this occurs, the radar signal being bounced multiple times could scatter, weaken, or "dilute" the signal before it goes back to the emitter (this would still be bad, but not as bad). This part is just my opinion, but I think there may be a slight issue with FSW. To make matters worse, the FSW on the ADF is not planform aligned properly. The last thing I want to talk about is that the aircraft has very large protrusions sticking out of its wings. These are the engines, and they stick out like a sore thumb. Usually large protrusions like these degrade stealth quite a bit Anyways, despite having some poor stealth characteristics due to the aforementioned 3 features I talked about, these same features are useful for increasing the maneuverability, speed, and control of the aircraft. So, I am guessing the ADF is more orientated for agility rather than stealth.

So, after the Belkan War (1995), Belka focused on AI technology to replace their lost pilots, and that evetually led them to create the drones that would be sold to the erusean radicals in the Lighthous War (2019), right? I love how it's all tied toghether so well! If only the games did a better job explaining it...

Gotta love the Falken... but the XFA-27 is still my favorite!

Riddle me this: You mean to tell me that the Oseans managed to finish a Falken before deciding they didn’t need any for frontline service? The OADF should have made this their primary fighter instead of investing so much in the Arsenal Bird program

I find the ADF and ZOE programs very interesting in terms of what they tell us about post-war Belka. I wanna see a new armed conflict involving Belka as a direct participant and I want to see what kind of Air Force has been created (most likely in secret) in the time between 1995 and 2019. Does Belka have a whole stockpile of Falkens ready for the call to action (note how in AC5 and even late in ACZ I think, Belkan pilots seem to have widely adopted or started to adopt the Su-47, a fighter with forward swept wings like the ADF-01)? How many of those planes would be controlled by the ZOE AI? Are the ADA-01 and ADF-11 part of the picture? Naturally, in such a storyline It'd be nice if we could take the role of a Belkan Pilot. With the spread of Belkan technology it would also a be a good time to see the COFFIN generation of planes creep in as other countries try to counter what Belka deploys in this hypothetical conflict. Maybe bring in real world 6th generation fighter concepts like the Tempest to help pass the torch from Real world planes to AC3 planes.

You know.... we REALLY need a propper Ace Combat 2 remake for the consoles and PCs just imagine how epic would be a fight againts Z.O.E over Fort Intollerance, Z.O.E Falken with an AI difficulty of the Ravens Hugin and Munin could be a nice challenge xD

The most iconic of the AC super planes. And funnily enough, it's actually slightly stronger than it's successor the Raven in some areas despite being almost 20 years old, as proven in a previous video. I know this thing is extremely expensive to produce in mass numbers but if Osea actually did(since they technically own Grunder now), it'll be MUCH less easy to be invaded by other countries during wars.

I wonder if you'll do a Know Your Plane episode about the XR-45 Cariburn. It really had an awesome design, used the Coffin system, and it's said to be unrivaled in mobility.

As someone who has always wanted to play Ace Combat and can finally play it with AC7. This might be my favorite Strangereal aircraft along with the wyvern/strike wyvern. Love the forward sweeping wings.

You know a lot about the planes I use to fly. I use to be in ace combat 4,5, & Balkan war. I haven't flown in a long time and i miss my wings. You and others have given me to go back into the cockpit yet again. Sidenote: I subbed because of how knowledgeable you are and I like to see a nice ace combat community

For a 4th gen fighter, this is 2 generations ahead, I had not expected less from Strangereal.

Yes! Ace combat assault horizon legacy was included! (Best soundtrack btw.... not to mention my favorite game. Though the soundtrack lacks some tracks that cross rumble had...)

6:44 For a fighter jet, it carries a LACKLUSTER amount of missiles. ESPECIALLY internally. And this isn't helped by the fact that the front part of fuselage (carrying the front landing gear) is blocking the back for a large enclosed weapons bay. Having a lot of missiles is important, since a lot of missile shots miss their targets IRL. Surprisingly, EVEN against unalert enemies in somewhat inferior aircraft (and equipment)

Legendary fighter of the new generation. Although he appeared in Ace Combat 5, his debut had already been in AC2, but the player could not flying it. And now he returns in glory as DLC to AC7. I wonder if there will be F-22A Raptor in your series.

I remember playing on Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy on 3DS. Still have it and the ZOE Aircraft. Still an excellent game and might get the console version of the new Ace Combat.

I would say fuel consumption might be tweaked so it's happier in slower speeds but she wouldn't be carrying all that much fuel so what have to say range is probably about 200 miles

0:16 since I read how the first COFFIN system worked I wanted to buy one o those eye-tracking cameras (and maybe a microphone) and make some code to recreate the system to play with this plane in first person in a mission (in Zero, which is where I uplock this one) to see if it was possible but I'm not good enough at code or have the budget for that xd
