So funny that I filmed this podcast and literally a few hours later one of my most limited capacities has been initiated for the next month and a half. Because I've done the work getting to know my limited-self I have been able to figure out where my opportunities lie. It can be quite exciting really, a state of being that could make you feel quite negatively about yourself and your circumstance can actually be a way to open doors to possibilities and encourage you down paths of adaptability that you just never knew existed.
