Hello Glimmer seeker, thank you so much for joining me once more for another jewellery-making tutorial!
We all know that sometimes a lobster clasp just doesn't cut it for the beautiful jewellery pieces you are making so here is a simple but beautiful and elegant hook-and-loop clasp option. I have been using these hooks in my business for years, and they've been loved by everyone who has received them!
I created one of these clasp hooks on a memory wire bracelet video and many of you loved the clasp so I thought it only right to create you a stand-alone video!
You will need
- Round nose pliers / bailmakers
- Needlenose or chain nose pliers
- 3" 0.8 / 1mm wire (For the hook)
- 6" 0.7 / 0.8mm wire (for 2x loops)
optional:
- Bead (optional)
- Hammer & block
