Long time skater. My buddy just started skating a few years ago. But he’s surfed a long time. Been surfing the last 6 months. Soon as I rode the line I was hooked. Bought a 6’6” to start. My buddy’s making me a 6’2” but I’m riding the line. Skating and my buddy showing me the way and waves and how swells work helped with progressing faster. I never realized how freaking hard surfing is. But well worth it. Subscribed

I live in South Florida, when we get hurricanes here, surfers are in the water until it gets too choppy. My favorite thing is to watch the kiteboarding, looks like so much fun. Koa, I enjoy your videos keep them coming! 🏄♂️

Never change dude, you're channel is the best when it comes to daily/vlog surfing thing in North Shore and around the globe. It's natural, doesn't seems forced and isn't to professional, feels like the channel of a friend you have. It's the calm before the storm. Reason for that most of the time is due to the storm building. I'm from Guam and we've been hit by more than a few occasions of CAT5 stoms (super typhoons) To give you a perspective, that's wind from 130-150 mph with gusts of up 200 mph. Scary shit.
