He did not even ask her if it was ok to choke her like that and he couldn't even see her face to see if she was ok with it. He later apologized to the girl and admitted that even though he thought it was consensual he realized that it was not consensual for the girl. It was all over the news when this happened. And please do your research on why rapists rape before you make the false assumption that getting girls means you wouldn't have to rape.
