That man is such an inspiration. I've seen a lot of people make fun of him for being so dedicated to fitness, but that's what keeps him running at his age. I'm 100% certain that I'd probably have given up most physical activities had I suffered the kind of injures KJK has faced. Absolute legend!

Jae Kim if ur diet and workout is right, u can reach 8.5 body fats without steroids, which is highly possible on KJK due to his diet and workout intensity

Im not sure how tall he is but he prolly over 5'8. 81kg at 8.5 to 10% bf is easily achievable in 2-5 years depending on your workout n nutrition. Well not easily but he'll probably get 95-100kg if he hopped on roids.

It's a lubricating gel used to make contact between the transducer (that thing the sonographer is waving on Kim Jongkook's abdomen) and skin easier. The lubricating gel covers tiny pockets of air in the skin, which can be problematic for ultrasound if left exposed because sound waves can't go through air very well.
