This is an extraordinary walkthrough. You have the ability to show, rather than just tell the information. It was thorough, detailed, and filmed from a realistic point of view. Well done!

Great job showing all of the details. I enjoyed the tour. I loved the choices made to give the living room and kitchen area more airy. Making the first mezzanine floating without having any bars extending down and leaving the area open was great. I also loved the little lights in the little extensions from the bottom of the mezzanine above the kitchen to give it extra light. Also the floating stairs also helps keep the kitchen area open. The stylings of the cool looking pendulum lights for the living room and bedroom are great too. I'm excited to see more about Koda tiny houses.

Love the Koda Extended Loft. Its overall size & spacious airy feel makes it seem less like a tiny home. This particular home seems set up more for a vacation home than FT living. I could see myself living in this with some changes to personalize it to my preferences. I dislike the bathroom in the kitchen area. I'd keep the actual location but move the bathroom door inside the bedroom & consolidate the laundry/ bathroom for more spacious feel. I'd use a stackable W/D. Seeing a washer immediately walking into the bedroom is a turnoff. Storage space for full time living is lacking. I'd have underbed storage in primary bedroom & a real closet. The 2 lofts would be better combined into one larger space, walled off to allow privacy for the bedroom rather than left open, with a window incorporated into the side wall for both lighting & safety; it's essential to have an egress window for escape in emergency situation in every loft. I'd section off part of the loft as a true storage closet. Overall this model has great potential. It's one of the most openly spacious I've seen out of hundreds. Not a huge fan of strip lights which seem trendy. I prefer a combination of recessed ceiling lights, pendant lighting & sconces. Ceiling fans are helpful to keep air moving flowing especially with high ceilings. It's good to have the air exchange system, many builders don't install these. They're critical to prevent mold & mildew in tiny homes where humidity can easily build up. I didn't see a vent in the kitchen which can be problematic with cooking. I'd replace iron detailing in the loft & the stair railing to give a warmer feel. Looking down at the living space from the front loft felt almost like a jail. I'd use louvered wood slats for ventilation & privacy. Again, just my personal design choice. Questions- believe I saw a mini split in the living room- did I miss one in the primary bedroom? In floor radiant heating is wonderfully cozy & efficient. Is there an option for solar panels on this model to decrease electric costs? I'd definitely need a more substantial refrigerator/freezer. The induction cooktop is ideal & dishwasher is the perfect size. These are just my personal thoughts on design- planning to have a tiny home built for myself within the next year after researching this lifestyle for close to a decade.

Love the outside look, but the bathroom door location and the height of the upper loft are the only things that I would prefer changed.

for all of the airy, practically floor to ceiling windows, the lighting and flow it felt heavy and lacking in any warmth; for those who love the ultra modern it is beautiful space

There are other layouts that I like of Koda homes, this one in particular doesn't feel cozy enough. I like the floorplan with the enclosed loft...which feels a bit bigger up top. Plus I like the bright wood cladded modals, with lighter paint scheme as well. Although I'm a "big" fan of smaller spaces....because everything is within reach and they feel cozy, even somewhat spacious that I could really get used to staying in one long term.

Good presentation, how ever this video does generate more questions, such as can it be equipped with insect screens and automated shades ? Is the secret room available with another staircase? To better transform it into a bedroom?

When ordering a koda, you work with a design team, who will help you to get what you want. this is a basic off the shelf model, with side window added. Any changes will come with additional costs, something to bear in mind. But you could design to your own specifications.

Overall I liked it but there are two things I didn't like the location of the washing machine and the electrical panel should be on the ground floor and easily accessible, for example in the kitchen.

Nice place... but the bathroom / bathroom door on the kitchen area?, mmm. It should be were the washing machine is, just next to the main bedroom.

The prices vary depending on your delivery address and date of purchase. At the moment in Germany this one would costs roughly 140K Euro plus 20% VAT.

Every time you swallow , it’s quite loud . Did you watch and listen back to your video ? I’ve never liked a toilet so close to a kitchen where you prepare food . Imagine a guest using it while you are preparing food , when they come out , all those smells go straight into the kitchen . Love the large windows and clever use of space and clean lines . Please consider not holding the microphone so close to your mouth , all the swallowing is off putting
