Note that this fight does not violate canon because Goenitz took Rugal's eye before injecting him with a bit of the Orochi power. So this is after the power boost, in which case Rugal plays his gimmick straight of taking other people's attacks and making them better.

yj k 1년 반 전에 개조에 맛 들린 탓에 많이 강하게 조정해서 그래요ㅋㅋ 지금은 노멀한 보스 수준으로 다시 개조를 한 상태라 너무 오버스러운 콤보는 나오지 않습니다. 근데 해외 분들은 제 영상보고 거의 밸붕수준으로 개조를 한다는게... 요즘은 졸업학기라 개조해볼 시간이 안나는데, 때가 되면 다시금 캐릭터들 적당히 개조할 생각이에요.

Eduardo Medina Miguel No mms, es un hecho en la historia que Goenitz es más fuerte Kyo venció a Rugal dos veces y Kyo no pudo contra Goenitz la primera vez que pelearon Rugal busco el poder de Orochi el cual domina Goenitz, este le dio solo un poco de dicho poder, y al final se murió por no soportarlo El ésta muerto, murió en KOF 95 Fue un gran jefe si, pero no es tan poderoso como crees Goenitz le dio una buena paliza y así perdió el ojo
