Kofta Curry || A Perfect Lunch Meal

Kofta Curry is a very famous food of Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Koftas are made with various types of meat such as Chicken, Beef and Mutton. Kofta is round meatball which is eaten as a snack or used in some kind of curry. I made Koftas and Curry in Kun Kitchen and I will show you how to make it in a very easy way. Below are the ingredients to note down.
Written Ingredients:
For Koftas:
Chicken Boneless 1kg
Onion 250gms
Green Chillies 7pieces
Garlic 6Cloves
Ginger 1innch
Salt 1.5tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Cumin 1.5tsp
Coriander 1tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Oil or Ghee for Frying
For Curry:
Oil 150ml
Onion 2medium
Tomato 3 large (Paste)
Green Chillies 3pieces (Paste)
Water 2 glasses
Koftas 20pieces
Coriander 3/4tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala Pinch
Utensils:
Pan for frying Koftas
Karahi to cook curry
Food Processor for mixing things
