For me I want a woman that weighs no more than 145lbs. But I wasn't sure if I needed to lose weight because I was athletic back in my early days and majority of the weight I have is muscle. But due to my job of truck drivin I haven't been to the gym in years. And I guess that 215lbs of muscle good portion of it is now fat. So I got I guess I got to get somewhere and lose 30lbs. I got to find a warm place where I can get up and run every day and go swim in the ocean and go to the gym.
